Refund Policy

Overview

This refund policy applies to all coaching programs and digital products sold by Wealth Building Academy LLC under the OptionLeo brand. Effective date: May 20, 2026.

Digital Products and Dashboard Access

Digital products and dashboard subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. This is because digital content cannot be "returned" like physical goods. Once you receive access to materials or tools, we cannot revoke them entirely.

Exception: If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not accessed the materials, we may offer a full refund at our discretion.

Coaching Program Refunds

Coaching programs are structured educational services. Refund eligibility is as follows:

• Within 7 days of enrollment and before the first coaching call: Full refund
• After first coaching call: Non-refundable. Program is in progress
• Early termination: If you cancel mid-program, refunds for future sessions may apply (see 'Early Cancellation' below)

Early Cancellation

If you cancel a coaching program after the first session:

• The sessions already completed are non-refundable (you received the service)
• Future session fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (refund = remaining sessions ÷ total program price)
• Refunds for future sessions take 5–10 business days to process
• Request cancellation in writing to Wealth Building Academy LLC

Performance-Based Refunds

No refunds are offered based on trading results or losses. Options trading involves risk, and losses do not qualify for refunds. Coaching programs teach education and frameworks; they do not guarantee profitability or specific trading results.

Payment Processor Terms

All refunds are subject to the terms of our payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Some payment methods may have additional dispute processes. Refunds are typically credited to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have a recurring subscription:

• Cancellation stops future billings
• Cancellation does not refund past charges already billed
• Refund of the current billing cycle may be available if requested within 7 days of the charge

Specific Refund Terms for Each Tier

Leo Starter ($97/month): Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime; future months are not charged. Current month is non-refundable.

Leo Pro Coaching ($1,997 for 12 weeks): 7-day full refund if requested before first call. After first call, non-refundable for completed sessions; remaining weeks may be refundable pro-rata.

Leo Elite ($4,997 for 6 months): 7-day full refund if requested before first call. After first call, refunds calculated pro-rata based on remaining weeks (actual refund terms will be listed at checkout or in the signed coaching agreement).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Wealth Building Academy LLC using the Contact form on this site or via email. Include your name, email, order/receipt number, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Modifications to This Policy

Wealth Building Academy LLC may modify this refund policy at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only. For existing purchases, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.
