My Philosophy
I teach options the way professional desks actually use them: as a systematic, numbers-driven asset class for generating monthly income — not as a lottery ticket.
Most retail investors are handed hype, hot tips, and screenshots of someone else's winning trade. That is not a strategy. It is gambling with extra steps.
My approach is the opposite: a defined, rules-based process where risk is understood before a position is ever opened, position sizing is deliberate, and every outcome — including assignment — is planned for in advance.
Options income is learnable. But only when it is taught honestly, with the math out in the open and the risks named plainly. That is the standard I hold every OptionLeo lesson to.
The Institutional Edge
I spent more than 17 years inside the hedge fund and alternative investment industry, working in the engine room of portfolio mechanics — where positions are measured, hedged, and risk-managed with discipline most retail investors never get to see.
As a Chartered Accountant, I think in numbers first. And after passing the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination, I grounded that experience in the regulatory framework that governs how investment professionals are expected to act.
So why would someone from the institutional world teach retail investors? Because the gap between how professionals treat options and how everyday investors are taught to treat them is enormous — and unnecessary.
